1.定期更換新油，一般每隔2-3月更換一次就可以了；
2.填進(jìn)料密封以后，一定要定期檢查軸封水的泄漏量是多少，嚴密監視，若泄漏量超過(guò)規定的則視為泄漏嚴重，這時(shí)就應該及時(shí)調節填料壓蓋或換新的盤(pán)根，一定要保證外接水一滴一滴的泄漏；
3.雙端面機械密封時(shí)，定期檢測水箱水位和水的渾濁程度，如果水位降低或者水比較渾濁，一定要立刻加水或換新干凈水；
4.如果壓濾機泵在冬季長(cháng)時(shí)間不使用，這時(shí)就需要關(guān)閉進(jìn)口閥門(mén)，啟動(dòng)泵，讓其空轉幾分鐘，排掉泵內殘余漿液，防止泵體發(fā)生凍裂現象；

4. If the filter press pump is not used for a long time in winter, it is necessary to close the inlet valve, start the pump, let it idle for a few minutes, drain the residual slurry in the pump to prevent the pump body from freezing and cracking;
